As regards the case of Captain P.H.M.Taylor
I am to state that the Government of Hongkong can accept
no liability for contributions in respect of an Aide de
Camp as such officers are in the Governor's private
employment and not in the public service of the Colony.
I am to suggest therefore that application should be
made to Captain Taylor personally for the payment of
any sums due in respect of his pension contributions.
